It was a no agitation pre wash. The follow up was agitation to get the rest of the dirt off.

Do you need an ultra portable option or do you plan to have it in place with a longer hose?If you are planning to move it all over the place the 2.3 is heavier. It is very moveable but a consideration. The 2.3 is a much better PW in every measurable way. It will last much longer and provide a much higher user experience. With the discount HAWAIIDETAILING you get 10% off of the 2.3 for a few more units. It all depends on your budget and needs. If you are not on a super tight budget and plan to put a longer hose and some quick disconnects you can put the 2.3 in a location where it will stay most of the time and extend the hose to use and wrap it up when done. When I say heavier its 45 lbs? That's no big deal for some and very heavy to others. Hope that helps

I have not had any issue and my grass looks like a putting green. I don't lift a finger to keep it that way. Best investment for the yard I have ever made. You do have to be willing to learn the machine, its capabilities and adjust you expectations to make it work the best possible. Most people that have issues want it to run 1/2 inch from a complicated edge around a huge property. That is the dream but after the initial setup you should monitor the performance and adjust the border. This will eliminate the sections that are not able to be quite as close as you would hope. That is the key. After a few tests and adjustments you get your zone dialed in and its pretty much hands off from there. If in the future you notice a problem with a zone address as needed. Find a great placement for the RTK and do not move it. That is another important item. if you do move the RTK restart this whole process from scratch. If none of this process sounds entertaining or is not worth your time I definitely would not buy one. It also can go as slow as 1' per second so anything that gets hit is already in trouble before this thing even gets near it. Hahaha. Hopefully that helps some people with these questions..

I hear you. People tend to want to know what the results of those additives and changes are. There is a direct correlation between durability and ease of use. That's where everyone is trying to get their products. Easy to apply yet long lasting. Too durable and it gets streaky and harder to deal with. Wipe on and wipe off easily and durability tends to suffer. Some companies nail it and others miss the mark. Those durability additives and special blends also raise the price so there is that to factor in also. How often you plan to apply can drive you to an easy to apply product with shorter durability. Live in Canada with a rough winter and you might go toward harder to apply and more bullet proof. A lot to consider with these. You also have the option that if you want crazy durability get a full on ceramic coating.

@@HawaiiDetailing I agree with the ease of use and that should be the focus, the durability is going to be so close but if you really want a higher durability top it with something else like maybe Klasse or even a graphene spray topper. Although I think graphene is iffy at this point. The reason I chimed is one of my employees brother is a chemical engineer at Stanford and they are all working with these kind of coating to apply to satellites and stuff and we all had a drunken weekend learning to detail at Chemical Guys Torrance office and we got a 6 hour lecture on this, like wax pen on a car door regarding Angle of contact differences between Ceramic and graphene...

Can be used straight on tough clean ups. Can be diluted for light clean ups.

I have not tried it on an enameled version but as long as it cleaned and protected after I don’t see any reason for there to be an issue.

It has rubber feet on it that are pretty thick and stable. I pressure washed my driveway for several hrs straight without releasing the trigger and it did not move at all. Pretty locked in with nothing but its own weight and the rubber feet holding it in place. I wanted to torture test it and it did run cool to the touch the whole time. I agree with your assessments. It’s coming in at 580 ish with the 10% off?? Now it’s time to put my Kranzle back in its spot.

@@HawaiiDetailingAre you talking about the cradle? If so, I understand. I would immediately remove the goofy cradle, though. If the unit itself has rubber feet, then that’s fantastic. EDIT: aaaand no, nothing will ever replace my Kranzle.

The unit itself has rubber feet that insulted it from the cradle. The cradle has it own rubber feet. I find that the cradle also make the sound echo right in your face. It quieted down quite a bit after I took it off. The cradle would be good to protect it from getting bashed around in a truck bed or back of a mobile rig but it’s too heavy to be a true portable set up. I believe it should be fixed in place on a mobile rig or on a shelf. Lugging it around is not going to be fun. Maybe load it in morning and unload at the end of the day tops.
